SLUH is a Catholic, Jesuit college-preparatory school for young men, committed to our presence in the City of St. Louis and dedicated to building Christ’s kingdom of truth, justice, love and peace. We serve young men based on their ability to succeed, rather than their economic circumstances. Through a rigorous academic program, we help our students develop critical minds and a life-long devotion to learning that informs moral choices and transforms lives.
In addition to assisting in the intellectual, aesthetic, social, and physical formation of our students, we help them develop compassionate hearts by fostering habits of personal prayer, reflection, and service for the Greater Glory of God.
Founded in 1999, Loyola Academy of St. Louis is a Jesuit middle school for boys who have the potential for college preparatory work, but whose progress may be impeded by economic or social circumstances. The Loyola community conducts a challenging program that supports families in preparing each student to achieve his full potential.
The Gateway Youth Aeronautical Foundation's mission is to inspire youth interest in aviation. The goal is to be that “one event experience” that proves to be pivotal in changing a youth’s life forever. The Foundation attracts and nourishes that interest in aviation with actual aircraft cockpits, virtual reality flight simulation, group STEM activities and flight opportunities provided through the EAA Young Eagles Program. The Gateway Youth Aeronautical Foundation was incorporated as a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation officially in December of 2019 and has received IRS tax-exempt status. The Foundation relies on the financial generosity of sponsors and donors so that individual cost is never a prerequisite for youth to participate in activities provided by the Foundation.
Visitation Academy is a community that exists to educate children and young women and to receive and share Jesus as Mary did in her visitation to Elizabeth.
In an environment which values excellence in scholarship, spirituality, leadership, and service, this Visitation Community encourages students to develop their unique gifts.
As students learn to “Live Jesus” with gentleness, humility, joy, and freedom, they are prepared to continue to grow and to respond to others, the Church, and the global community.
